A life-long resident of the tri-county area, Taylor has a diverse litigation practice in which he primarily represents individuals. His clients include employees who have been wrongfully terminated in violation of their civil rights and seriously injured due to medical malpractice. Taylor also advises insureds on their rights as policyholders. He has represented insureds who have had their insurance claims denied; are battling with insurance carriers over repair estimates, personal property inventories, and additional living expenses; and others who have been requested to attend examinations under oath. Taylor also has significant experience handling complex commercial and contract litigation.  He handles cases in state and federal court as well as before administrative agencies.
Prior to joining Heilman Nisbett Polk Group, Taylor served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable George C. Carlson, Jr., of the Mississippi Supreme Court.
