Daniel began working with Heilman Law Group while attending Mississippi College School of Law in Jackson, Mississippi. From the pre-suit phase through appeal, Daniel litigates a variety of cases spanning personal injury, premises liability, professional malpractice, bad faith, complex commercial disputes, labor and employment law, and covenants not to compete.
