A lifelong Mississippian, Daniel has lived in all three counties of the tri-county area. Daniel began working with Heilman Law Group while attending Mississippi College School of Law in Jackson, Mississippi. From the pre-suit phase through appeal, Daniel litigates a variety of cases spanning personal injury, premises liability, professional malpractice, bad faith, complex commercial disputes, labor and employment law, and covenants not to compete.

While in law school, Daniel served as a Legal Intern to the Honorable James W. Kitchens of the Mississippi Supreme Court.
